Sustainable Fashion Show
Our Stand to Healthy Future Generations through the awareness to Slow Fashion while socializing at events that are fun and full of Fabulous People that Care!
iGreenWoman First Annual Sustainable Fashion Show & Conscious Social Event was held at the reputable 111 Minna Gallery on September 27th, 2013. This event was distinct from other Fashion show events taking place during San Francisco Fashion week.
A community of fine environmentally conscious contributors came together to create an extraordinary evening. The evening started with Marinello Hair and Makeup artists arriving early to beautify the models for the Eco-Fashion Show, with makeup provided by Juice Beauty, a 100% organic and natural makeup line.
The evening kicked off with the fantastic band Reckless in Vegas, lead by Michael Shapiro, where the audience found themselves grooving to the beautiful live performance.
And, the Highlight of the evening was introduced. iGreenWoman First Annual Fashion Show during Fashion Week in San Francisco. Eight fabulous Bay Area designers showcased their remarkable sustainable line. And ten models brought the beauty of standing for a cause that benefits us all.
The evening continued with an improv segment by “Connect The Thoughts” with Laine Forman, which added more fun with our already engaging guests.
We saved the best dancing performance for the last. It was a sensational Cuban Salsa dance performance by Studio 1924, which took our breath away!
We concluded the evening with a Raffle draw with prizes contributed by Seacret (Minerals from the Dead Sea,) Helen Doyle Financial Services, Juice Beauty Makeup, Sandra Hanns of iGMG giving away many organic items promoting healthy consumption.
While enjoying the spectacular evening, our guests enjoyed Hors d’oeuvres by Chef Alberto Sanchez, Tina Tamales, Divine Organics and Kind Bars. All evening, Richard Habib; a prominent Bay Area DJ from www.EnigmaPresents.com, pumped his over the top music tantalizing our ears the entire evening.
The very generous Volunteers from the Beyond the Front Row Club of the Academy of Art University contributed their time and attention during the event. Bay Area professional photographers, Val Mirov and Nick Stone, photographed the event. Cary Newman Video Production captured the video.
